PROBLEM:

Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method in OUTLOOK.

SOLUTION:


Login from whm -----> Exim Configuration manager-------->Security --------------------------->

Require clients to connect with SSL or issue the STARTTLS command before they are allowed to authenticate with the server. --->Off

And save it.
